OLHT is a unique, comprehensive, heart-centered and grounded approach toward health, healing and understanding energy. It draws from the shamanic, esoteric and holistic traditions. This certification program in energy healing is ideal for people desiring personal growth, healthcare professionals wanting to learn more energy healing tools, and for those who want to change their careers.
Program includes training in a myriad of Self-Healing Practices, and over thirty healing techniques, including: Archangelic, Chakra, Chelation, Christ, Color, Distance, Heart, Magnetic, Male/Female, Past-Life, Radiant, Scanning, Silver-Cord, Time-Line, White Light Healing and more; plus Archangelic and White Light initiations and the unique Nine-Point Healer Protocol, teaching us how to work with another soul in an ethical, elegant, empowering and safe manner.

One Light Healing Touch is a comprehensive, heart-centered, and grounded approach to health and healing. Drawn from shamanic, holistic, and esoteric traditions, it supports the awakening of the healer within, strengthens all spiritual healing practices, and serves the novice and advanced practitioner alike.
In a safe, supportive environment, seasoned One Light Healing Touch teacher Nancy Plumer shows us how life force energy flows and how we can tap into it for healing. We discover practices and techniques to enhance the immune system, clear emotional and physical blockages, increase understanding and awareness of energy, and bring greater balance and wholeness to the body, mind, and spirit.

Come rest, relax, rejuvenate, and have FUN through the exploration of yoga, and experience yoga nidra (the art of deep relaxation). The heart of yogic teachings lies in the belief that a self-fulfilled person is a healthy person, free from dis-ease caused by stress and improper living habits. The practice of yoga is designed to lead the person to an ever-increasing knowledge of herself/himself and the needs of her/his body and mind in order to achieve and maintain good physical and mental health and spiritual harmony. Relaxation is a skill that is vital to life in the 21st Century. We will utilize periods of silence to discover and listen to that deeper voice inside. We will also experience the connection of the mind, body, heart and spirit. This workshop is for the new and curious about yoga to the experienced yogis and yoginis. We will explore prayer, poetry and spirituality through yoga and movement. Body awareness exercises, breathing techniques and gentle yoga postures will be offered daily as well as time at the pool, walking by the river and exploring the grounds. Rest your mind, relax your body and rejuvenate your soul with yoga and prayer.
Periods of silence will offer participants an opportunity to reconnect to their heart and deeper yearnings. The yogic lifestyle involves living more mindfully and holistically in every aspect of our lives. We will inquire into the ways we pray, connect with God and how we can bring God more present in our daily lives. This retreat welcomes beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. Yoga, Movement and Discovery
When the slow, simple, non-habitual movements of the Feldenkrais approach are combined with yoga, the body and mind can soften and layers of tension in our minds/bodies/emotions can be released more efficiently and effectively with greater ease. Yoga influenced by Feldenkrais creates movement variations, new focuses of attention and new ways to move in and out of postures in a more gradual way.
Come join us as we will explore various kinds of movement and yoga throughout the weekend….connection, relaxation, release tension, savor the body and rejuvenate your soul. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
Donna Nisha Cohen will be co-facilitating this weekend with Nancy. Donna has been teaching yoga for 33 years. She is a 500 hour nationally certified yoga teacher trained at Kripalu. Her style of teaching has been influenced by John Friend, Rodney Yee, Gary Kraftsow, Anna Forest, Vanda Scaravelli and other respected teachers. She has recently developed a therapeutic approach to yoga influenced by her study of the Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement approach.
