Reinventing Ourselves

The Women with Wisdom professional women's group based in New York will present a Reinventing Ourselves workshop, that provides a safe, supportive and systematic process to envision and clarify your deepest heart's desires.

The workshop is designed to:

encourage deep connection with inner spirit and inspire joyful co-creation with others
gain insight into your life's purpose
design a course of action to manifest your goals and dreams
be fully engaged in transforming and celebrating your life

This workshop will explore visioning -- what do I love, what are my dreams, what lies beyond my wildest dreams? You will develop skills to integrate change, as well as set clear goals, create objectives, strategies and actions to create the wholehearted life you want. Finally you will begin realizing your goals by practicing new behaviors, establishing ongoing learning groups and living the life you love. Yoga is offered throughout the weekend.

WwW Reconnection Day

Join us for a day of STRETCH (as in out of the box), Fun, Movement, and Connection! Wise women will gather to reconnect to SELF and each other in the beauty and presence of nature in the Hudson Valley. We will work with an intention that is alive in you now (so bring an intention that you have been working on or a new one that is alive for you)….we will explore obstacles, identify internal and external supports, learn to make powerful requests and take the next step in our journey. We are looking forward to being with you. Dress in loose comfortable clothing for hiking and outdoor adventure and bring your most current intention…..fun, fun, fun in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

Healing the Soul of the Addict, Alcoholic, Co-dependent

Addiction is but a symptom of a deeper issue/disturbance of one’s soul/being. In this experiential weekend we will explore and share our experience with the third, seventh and eleventh steps. From a state of deep relaxation and presence we will listen to and open our hearts to access our deeper wisdom and connect to the “happy, joyous and free” available to us in the 12 Steps. We will see how healing can actually be a transformation to a higher level of consciousness and awareness. Yogic practices, energy healing and the 12Steps will be our playground and exploration. Women and men in AA, Al Anon, OA, DA or other 12 Step fellowships are welcome to attend. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a journal and a mat. Optional gentle yoga will be available.

Maturation and Emergence

What is longing to emerge in your life, in WwW, in the world NOW? Explore the presence of emergence in the moment and “dance” in the aliveness of “the now.”

Come and join us for this very exciting and Special Reunion Event!!! This Special WwW Reunion Weekend will explore the edges of emergence and maturation....we will celebrate and acknowledge what has come forth these past years in our lives and engage in a process to collectively listen in meditation to what is longing to emerge in each of our lives NOW, in WwW NOW and in the world NOW. We will tap into the deeper knowing inside ourselves and connect to the greater consciousness on the planet through listening, visioning and deep, powerful conversation, the kind that results in sometimes surprising new awarenesses. Join our sacred WwW circle for a provocative weekend of exploration, deep connection, and tune into what is the next stage of your evolution. As we mature, what are the issues and life experiences that open, shift and create liberation and freedom for us to live our full purpose. In the safety and loving connection with the sacred WwW circle we will explore...the aging body, parental care and death, stepping into the Crone stage of life or into our next stage of life, continuing the unfoldment of our highest calling, and living life on life's terms and with greater purpose.
