Women with Wisdom Retreats

My Women with Wisdom retreat weekends have been a wonderful experience for me. Not only am I in the company of magnificent women supporting each other through love and friendship, but I am also focusing on creating the life I want to live. The exercises and activities have helped me tremendously to zoom in and do what has to be done. I highly recommend WwW for anyone seeking true change.

The WwW workshop was one of the best personal investments I have made in a very long time. Through the multi-dimensional approach of Empowerment of Women through Positive Self Speak, learning to reframe our thoughts to facilitate self-acceptance and appreciation, daily yoga and mediation, private personal time for nature walks or interaction with other women who share our experiences. It met my needs on many levels.

Since my attending the workshop, I have a new focus on my life and sense of authentic possibility, and optimism I have never felt before. Nancy, Karen, and Cindy have provided the tools I needed to help me understand what is missing from my life and how I can make improvements to make my life what I want it to be.

WwW has provided a safe, loving, supportive and nurturing space for me to reconnect with deeper parts of myself, to heal parts of myself that have been wounded as a child and in adult relationships, to open my heart and to create abundance in my life.

I have a yoga business that continues to grow thanks to the intentions I set and vision talking. I began 3 years ago. I have envisioned and manifested a relationship with a wonderful man . . . a relationship that continues to amaze me and in which I feel very loved.
